Use
Multi-Gyn ActiGel effectively treats bacterial vaginosis, provides immediate soothing and quickly relieves symptoms (within 15 minutes). This is recognisable by excessive discharge (often grey in colour), an unpleasant (fishy) odour, itching, irritation, sensitivity, redness and burning sensation.

Directions for use
External application For discomfort of the external intimate area (such as itching, irritation, chafing and sensitivity), you can apply Multi-Gyn ActiGel externally with your finger. Wash your hands before use. 1. Twist off the cap. Before first use, puncture the sealed opening of the tube with the back of the cap. 2. Hold the tube in one hand and keep the index finger of your other hand close to the tube, as shown in the picture. Squeeze the tube gently. Continue squeezing until you have a generous amount on your index finger. The amount on your index finger is comparable to the size of your fingertip (approx. 2 ml). 4. Apply the gel to the external intimate area. Internal application For internal vaginal discomforts, such as bacterial vaginosis, you should apply Multi-Gyn ActiGel internally. You can use the enclosed applicator, which screws onto the tube. After use, you can leave the applicator on the tube, rinse it under the tap and close it with the cap. If desired, you can also insert the gel into the vagina with your finger. First, wash your hands. The amount of gel you can insert with your index finger is comparable to the size of your fingertip (approx. 2 ml) 1. Twist off the cap. Before first use, puncture the sealed opening of the tube with the back of the cap. 2. Screw the applicator included in the box onto the tube. 3. Remove the screw cap from the applicator. 4. Hold the tube in one hand and squeeze the tube gently until the gel comes out of the front of the applicator. When the gel comes out, you know that the applicator is filled with gel and is ready for use. Practice how much gel comes out when you lightly squeeze the tube. You need at least the size of one fingertip (approx. 2 ml) 5. Insert the applicator, which remains on the tube, into the vagina. The vagina is 7 to 8 cm long. The length of the applicator is approximately the same and therefore cannot damage the cervix. 6. Squeeze the tube gently. You need at least the size of one fingertip (approx. 2 ml). It is not a problem if you insert more into the vagina 7. After use, you can leave the applicator on the tube and rinse it under warm running water. 8. Before storing the tube, replace the screw cap on the applicator.

Storage advice
Keep sealed and out of reach of children at a temperature between 10 and 25°C.
