During the first two weeks of the Modifast Intensive program, you consume four Modifast Intensive LCD meal replacements per day. It's important to drink plenty of water, at least 2 liters per day. Starting in the third week, you'll gradually transition from Modifast Intensive LCD meal replacements to healthy, calorie-controlled meals.
