Usage 200 ml cold water + 1 sachet of Modifast Intensive Pudding. Stir vigorously with a whisk or shake with a shaker, let it sit for 3 minutes.
Only intended for overweight and obese adults with weight loss as the goal.
Not to be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women, by children or adolescents, or by people suffering from pathologies, except on medical advice.
Make sure you drink at least 2 liters of calorie-free fluids per day (water, tea, coffee without sugar).
The recommended amount of 4 sachets per day guarantees all the intake of essential nutrients for a day.
Use this product for longer than 8 weeks or repeatedly for shorter periods only on medical advice. Follow the preparation instructions.
