Usage
200 ml cold water + 1 sachet Modifast Intensive Pudding. Stir vigorously with a whisk or shake with a shaker, let rest for 3 minutes.Only intended for adults with overweight and obesity with weight loss as a goal.Cannot be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women, by children or adolescents, or by people suffering from pathologies, except on medical advice.Make sure you drink at least 2 liters of calorie-free liquids per day (water, tea, coffee without sugar).The recommended amount of 4 sachets per day guarantees all intake of essential nutrients for one day.Use of the product for more than 8 weeks or repeatedly for shorter periods only on medical advice. Follow the preparation instructions.
