Usage Stick to the Modifast Intensive program and consume the full daily amounts. Modifast Intensive contains sufficient amounts of all essential nutrients for one day.
Drink at least 2 liters of calorie-free fluids per day, such as water, diet drinks and coffee or tea without milk or sugar.
Do not use Modifast Intensive for longer than 3 weeks unless your doctor tells you otherwise.
Modifast Intensive is only intended for overweight people. These products should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women, infants, children, adolescents, or the elderly, unless advised by a doctor.
Preparation:
Add the contents of one sachet of Modifast Milkshake to 200 ml of cold water. Stir vigorously with a whisk or shake with a shaker. Drink immediately. Enjoy!
