Ingredients Deep-sea FISH oil concentrate (from anchovy, sardine and mackerel), FISH gelatin, humectant:
glycerol, evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis L.), strawberry flavouring, antioxidant: mix of rosemary and tocopherol rich extract, vitamin D (cholecalciferol concentrate).
Usage For children 6 years and older and adults: 2 softgels per day. Take with water during a meal or chew the softgels.
You can also mix the contents of the softgels with food.
