Ingredients Magnesium glycerophosphate, iron bisglycinate, capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vitamin C (calcium ascorbate), vitamin E (mixed tocopherols), bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate and magnesium carbonate, zinc bisglycinate, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, vitamin A (beta-carotene), vitamin B3 (niacinamide), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), L-selenomethionine, vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate), biotin, inositol, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), manganese citrate, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), copper citrate, vitamin K (phytonadione), bulking agent: silicon dioxide, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), folate (calcium L-methylfolate), potassium iodide.
Usage 2 capsules per day, preferably 1 with lunch and 1 with dinner.
Not suitable for children under 10 years of age and for persons taking coumarin anticoagulants
