Usage
1 sachet per day, mix in yoghurt, pudding, (rice or soya) milk, fruit juice or other drinks (150 ml).
IMPORTANT PRECAUTION: Use of this product is not recommended if you have any changes in liver or bile function, or if you have gallstones in the bile ducts. Do not use for extended periods without medical advice. If you are taking other medications at the same time, consult a doctor first. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 800 mg of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). Do not combine with other products containing green tea or 2"-fucosyllactose on the same day. Do not take on an empty stomach. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for children under 18 years of age.
