Ingredients
Magnesium bisglycinate, bulking agent: maltodextrin, L-glutamine, flavouring: citric acid, citrus flavouring and spray-dried orange juice powder, citrus bioflavonoids, ascorbic acid, thickener: guar gum, N-acetyl-L-cysteine, anti-caking agent: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, niacinamide, zinc citrate, D-alpha tocopheryl acetate, D-calcium pantothenate, sweetener: steviol glycosides, thickeners: cellulose gum, xanthan and carrageenan, coenzyme Q10, pyridoxine HCl, beta-carotene, lutein, lycopene, thiamine HCl, riboflavin, biotin, selenomethionine, potassium iodide, folic acid, phytomenadione, cholecalciferol, methylcobalamin.

Usage
1 sachet per day, dissolve in half a glass (150 ml) of water or orange juice, stir well.
Do not administer to children under 12 years of age.
This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age.
