Ingredients
Magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium glycerophosphate, valerian extract, carrier (Camellia sinensis), green tea extract (Valeriana officinalis) substance: microcrystalline cellulose, coating (shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, dye: calcium carbonate, emulsifier: polyethylene glycol), lemon balm extract (Passiflora incarnata) col), passionflower extract, carrier: hydroxypropylcellulose, maltodextrin, (Melissa officinalis) anti-caking agents: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vit. B6), melatonin, calcium-L-methylfolate (vit. B9 / folate), methylcobalamin (vit. B12)
Use
1 tablet per day, to be taken half an hour before bedtime. Magnesium may have a laxative effect. Green tea: Maximum ECGC dose is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
