Magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium glycerophosphate, valerian extract , carrier (Camellia sinensis) , green tea extract (Valeriana officinalis) substance: microcrystalline cellulose, coating (coating: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, color: calcium carbonate, emulsifier: polyethylene glycol), lemon balm extract (Passiflora incarnata) , passion flower extract , carrier: hydroxypropyl cellulose, maltodextrin, (Melissa officinalis) anti-caking agents: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vit. B6), melatonin, calcium-L-methylfolate (vit. B9 / folate), methylcobalamin (vit. B12)
Usage
1 tablet per day, to be taken half an hour before bedtime.
Magnesium can have a laxative effect.
Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place.
