Metagenics Metarelax tablets
MetaRelax® is a well-absorbable magnesium supplement based on magnesium glycerophosphate, folate, active B vitamins and vitamin D3.
Although magnesium is found in many foods, the recommended daily amount is often not met. If consuming magnesium-rich foods is insufficient, a magnesium supplement such as MetaRelax may be advisable.
Complete formula
MetaRelax® combines magnesium glycerophosphate in a complete formula supplemented with active B vitamins (B6, B9 (folate, Metafolin®), B12), taurine, and vitamin D. This formula is excellently tolerated by the stomach and intestines and is not habit-forming. Moreover, active vitamins B6, B12, and B9 (folate, Metafolin®) do not need to be converted by the body and can therefore be absorbed directly.

Magnesium glycerophosphate, taurine, carriers: maltodextrin and hydroxypropyl cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, bulking agent: sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and silicon dioxide, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate, folate (calcium-l-methylfolate), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin)
Usage
The recommended dose is two tablets per day, unless otherwise advised. For higher magnesium needs, more tablets can be taken per day.
This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
High doses of magnesium can have a laxative effect.
Storage instructions
Store in a dry, closed container at room temperature, out of reach of young children.
