Usage
1-2 tablets per day
Contains caffeine: at least 12 mg per tablet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 800 mg of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG*). Do not combine with other products containing green tea on the same day. Do not take on an empty stomach. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for children under 18 years of age.
