L-glycine, potassium citrate, bulking agent: hydroxypropylcellulose, milk thistle seed extract (Silybum marianum (L.) Directions for use
2 tablets daily. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, or for children under 18 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG**) of 800 mg. Do not combine on the same day with other products containing green tea. Do not take on an empty stomach.
