Usage
2 tablets per day.
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, or on children under 18 years of age.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 800 mg of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG**).
Do not combine on the same day with other products containing green tea.
Do not take on an empty stomach.
