Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), carrier: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, quercetin, zinc bisglycinate, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), anti-caking agent: stearic acid, bamboo extract (Bambusa vulgaris Schrad.), L-selenomethionine.
Usage
1 capsule per day.
Contains 15 mg zinc: intake should be limited to a few weeks/months.
Not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
