Ingredients
Ascorbic acid, Iron bisglycinate, carriers: maltodextrin and microcrystalline cellulose, intrinsic factor (glycoprotein from pigs) 40mg, niacinamide, pyridoxine HCl, thiamine HCl, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide and stearic acid, riboflavin, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, manganese citrate, folic acid, biotin, cyanocobalamin.

Usage
1/2 tablet per day, unless otherwise recommended. This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years old.
