Claims
Creatine increases physical performance during short-term, high-intensity and repeated efforts. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine.

Creatine (creatine monohydrate)	3 g
Dextrose	2 g
Glutamine (L-Glutamine)	1.5 g
Taurine	750 mg
Beta-alanine	500 mg

 

Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate, dextrose, L-glutamine, taurine, beta-alanine, potassium chloride, flavouring: orange flavour, sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia, kemfe flavour.

Use
1 portion (= 1 scoop) per day in 250 ml of water, immediately after physical exercise. It is recommended to drink plenty of water while using creatine.

Storage advice
Do not use if the seal is broken. Store in a cool and dry place.
