Ingredients
FISH OIL, capsule: gelatin, turmeric extract (curcuma longa), capsule: glycerol, green tea extract (camellia sinensis), ginkgo extract (ginkgo biloba), alpha-lipoic acid, citocoline, zinc bisglycinate, alpha-tocopheryl acetate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, emulsifier: SOY LECITHIN, colour: iron oxide, thiamine hydrochloride, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, calcium-L-methylfolate, methylcobalamin, cholecalciferol.

Usage
Take 1 capsule per day in the evening.
Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
