Ingredients Cardamom seed (Fructus amomi), Hawthorn (Crataegus oyacantha), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Winter cherry (Withania somnifera), L-Lysine, Ginkgo biloba, Iron citrate, Vitamin C, Folic acid, Blackcurrant, Bulking agent (Microcrystalline cellulose), Flavouring (Licorice extract), Anti-caking agents (stearic acid, silicon dioxide), Magnesium stearate.
Usage 3 to 6 tablets per day. Swallow the tablets whole with water. Do not consume any other food or drink for 15 minutes before and after taking them.
