What is this medicine used for?
The MEDISANA facial sauna FSS is exclusively intended for cosmetic applications on the face.
A facial sauna is a basic piece of equipment for facial beauty treatments. Most beauty salons use revitalizing steam during facial treatments to prepare the skin.
With the facial sauna you create the optimal conditions for the care of your facial skin.
The steam ideally prepares the skin for treatments with deep cleansers, moisturizing masks, nourishing masks, and other skincare products. The steam opens the pores and stimulates blood circulation in the skin, allowing for better removal of impurities and improved absorption of skincare products. The area of the face treated with the FSS facial sauna can be limited to the nose area using a separately supplied attachment. Furthermore, your MEDISANA FSS facial sauna can also be used with aroma essences.
This makes the facial sauna an ideal companion for regular facial care, which can significantly increase the effectiveness of cosmetic products.
Directions for use
Use the appliance only for the purposes specified in the operating instructions. Otherwise, the warranty will be void.
This device is not intended for commercial or medical use. It is intended for private household use only. This device is not a medical inhalation device!
Always close your eyes when steaming your face. Protect heat-sensitive areas.
Do not steam the same part of your face for too long, as this can overheat the skin.
Under no circumstances should the application of the facial sauna last longer than 20 minutes.
Stop use immediately if you experience skin irritation, pain, or feel unwell.
Consult a doctor if necessary.
The appliance does not switch off automatically. If the water in the reservoir has completely evaporated, switch off the appliance immediately, unplug it, and let it cool down.
If you switch off the appliance before the water has completely evaporated, unplug it and allow the appliance to cool down before emptying the water tank.
Pour any remaining water out of the water tank on the sides to prevent water from entering the appliance through the button or cord outlet.
In the event of a malfunction during operation, switch off the appliance immediately and disconnect the power plug from the socket.
Maintenance and cleaning
You may only carry out cleaning work on the appliance. If a malfunction occurs, do not repair the appliance yourself, as this will void the warranty. Have repairs carried out only by authorized service centers.
Clean the appliance after each use to prevent residue buildup. This ensures more effective operation and a longer lifespan.
Do not immerse the instrument in water or other liquids.
If moisture has accidentally entered the instrument, immediately disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet.
