Usage
Step 1. Draw small, light strokes along the eyebrow line using the Tattoo Brow 36HR Pigment Eyebrow Pencil.
Step 2. Use the eyebrow brush to shape the hairs upward and outward to blend the color and define the brows.
Step 3. Sharpen the tip of the eyebrow pencil regularly.
