Maxim Sports Drink is a powder that dissolves easily in water and makes a delicious hypotonic sports drink. It provides the optimal amount of carbohydrates and minerals (electrolytes) you need during exercise. Maxim contains the most minerals and electrolytes of all sports drinks.

Usage
Ideal as a sports drink before, during, and after exercise. We recommend 500ml of sports drink (2 scoops per 500ml of water) before exercise and at least 750ml (3 scoops per 750ml of water) during exercise. It's also suitable as a thirst quencher after exercise. In that case, use 2 scoops per 750ml.
