Ingredients
Psyllium Husk (Plantago ouata) powder*, Inulin (from Agave plant)*. *Organic

Usage
Preferably take in the morning before a meal.
Adults: 1 to 2 times a day, mix 1 level tablespoon (approx. 15 grams) with water, yoghurt or fruit juice.
Children aged 6-12 years: 1 level tablespoon (approx. 15 grams) per day mixed with water, yoghurt or fruit juice.

There should be a 2 hour interval between taking the medication and taking the fiber.
Drink the solution immediately because Psyllium absorbs moisture quickly and in large quantities.
We recommend drinking plenty of fluids throughout the day (1.5-2 liters). If in doubt, consult your doctor.
