Vegan Vitamin D3 Oil is derived from Lichen, a type of moss with high Vitamin D3 values. Due to clothing and sunscreens, among other things, the body has little opportunity to produce Vitamin D3. Many people, and especially children and the elderly, can therefore develop a Vitamin D3 deficiency. Vitamin D3 is found in fatty fish, among other things.
