Magnesium Taurate, Sunphenon® TH30 (natural L-theanine extracted from green tea), 5-HTP (Griffonia seed extract 99%, Griffonia simplicifolia), HPMC vegetarian capsule (shell), affron®: Saffron (Crocus Sativus L.) stigmas extract (Std. to 3.5% Lepticrosalides® by HPLC).
Usage
As a starting dose, start with 2 tablets once a day, preferably with water with breakfast.
If desired, you can switch to a maintenance dose of 1 per day after a week.
Children from 3 to 12 years 1 tablet per day.
Not suitable during pregnancy (or when wishing to be pregnant).
