We ingest MSM through foods like fresh fruits and vegetables, where it's found in small amounts. However, a lot of sulfur is lost through the preparation of our food. Furthermore, with age, the amount of MSM in the body decreases.
How MSM Works
MSM is a component of almost all proteins in our body and is therefore essential for collagen synthesis and the structure of connective tissue and cartilage. Sulfur forms disulfide bridges, which ensure the elasticity and structure of our body. MSM is therefore often found in glucosamine supplements.

Usage Take 1 generous teaspoon (approx. 4 g) with water or fruit juice once or twice daily during or after meals. Some lumps may form, which is normal. The product can be used as usual.
