What is MSM?
MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) is a water-soluble, organic form of sulfur found in all life on Earth. Sulfur is an important building block for the body.

We obtain MSM through food such as fresh fruit and fresh vegetables, where it is found in small quantities. However, much sulfur is lost during the preparation of our food. In addition, the amount of MSM in the body decreases with age.

How MSM works
MSM is a component of almost all proteins in our body and is therefore indispensable for the synthesis of collagen and the structure of connective tissue and cartilage. Sulfur provides disulfide bridges, which ensure the elasticity and structure of our body. MSM is therefore often found in glucosamine supplements.

Usage
Take 1-2 times daily 1 generous teaspoon (approx. 4 g) with water or fruit juice during or after a meal. Any clumping is normal. The product can still be used.
