Ingredients
BCAA 2:1:1 (L-Leucine Instant (with sunflower lecithin) - Fermentation, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine).

Usage
Mix 1 generous teaspoon (approx. 3.5g) with water or fruit juice once a day. Stir well to prevent lumps from forming.
Preferably take after intensive training or before going to bed.
