Sunfiber® AG is made from Guar Gum, a polysaccharide extracted from the seeds of the guar plant.

Unlike some other fibers, Sunfiber® fibers do not cause bloating or flatulence.

Usage
Take 1 level tablespoon (5 grams) daily with a meal or as directed by your therapist or physician.
Dissolve in water (approx. 200 ml) or another liquid and let it stand for a while so that the fibres dissolve completely.
The fibers can also be dissolved in yogurt, smoothies or hot foods.
We recommend drinking plenty of fluids throughout the day (1.5-2 liters). If in doubt, consult your doctor.
