What is Q10 Ubiquinol 100 mg?

Mattisson Q10 Ubiquinol 100 mg contains ubiquinol, the reduced form of coenzyme Q10. Coenzyme Q10 is a fat-soluble substance naturally found in the body. Additionally, Q10 is also present in small amounts in food, such as meat, fish, nuts, seeds, and whole grains.



Q10 in two forms

Q10 exists in two forms: ubiquinone and ubiquinol. These forms are closely related and can be converted into each other in the body. Ubiquinone is the oxidized form; ubiquinol is the reduced form.

For this formula, Kaneka® Ubiquinol was chosen, a globally known and patented ubiquinol raw material. Kaneka® Ubiquinol is produced under strict quality standards and is known for its consistent composition and stability.



Stabilized form

Ingredients
Rapeseed oil (Brassica napus), ubiquinol, hydroxypropyl starch (capsule), emulsifiers (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, lecithin (SOY)), humectant (glycerol), beeswax (thickener), carrageenan (gelling agent), caramel (coloring), disodium phosphate (acidity regulator).

Usage
Take 1 capsule daily with a glass of water, preferably with a fat-containing meal.
