Ingredients
Probiotics (corn maltodextrin (carrier)), 8 billion CFU/g probiotic strains).

Usage
Dissolve a generous teaspoon (approx. 4-8 grams) in a glass of water or fruit juice 1-2 times a day.
Preferably take it in the evening before bed. This will provide you with 4 or 8 billion CFU.
