Usage
Dissolve 10 grams of Probiotic AlkaGreens powder (1 generous scoop) in water, fruit juice, or mixed into a SuperSmoothie, 1-3 times daily. Take it preferably half an hour before meals.

Matcha contains caffeine, not suitable for children and pregnant women.

Ashwagandha:
