Mattisson organic fiber complex capsules are composed of agave inulin and psyllium husk fiber. Within this fiber group, there are two types: soluble (prebiotic) and insoluble. The agave inulin in this product is a soluble fiber, while the psyllium husk is an insoluble fiber.

Usage
