The Mattisson Multi Woman has been carefully formulated by an orthomolecular therapist to meet the nutritional needs of the average adult woman. This multivitamin supplement consists of high-quality active ingredients and serves as a supplement [LS1] to your regular diet. It remains essential to also consume sufficient vegetables, fruit, fiber, protein, nuts, seeds, fish, and shellfish to promote good health.
One advantage of this multivitamin is that we chose to develop it in capsule form instead of tablet form. This allows us to use fewer additives. The additives we use are all-natural and derived from rice.
Biotin: Supports hair condition and helps keep skin healthy.
Folic acid: Contributes to resistance to stress. Quatrefolic® is a patented product and a registered trademark of Gnosis.
Vitamin A: Is good for eyesight and good resistance.
Vitamin B complex: Includes B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and B12, crucial for energy metabolism, nervous system function, and red blood cell production.

Usage
Take 2 capsules once a day in the morning with water during a meal.

Before using a vitamin K2 supplement, consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking it at the same time as coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as warfarin, acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon).
