This multi-preparation has been specially developed by an orthomolecular therapist and consists of high-quality active ingredients. A multivitamin serves as a supplement to regular nutrition, not as a substitute. It remains essential to also consume sufficient vegetables, fruit, fiber, protein, nuts, seeds, fish and shellfish to promote good health.
An advantage of this multivitamin is that we have chosen to develop it in capsule form instead of tablet form. This has allowed us to use fewer excipients. The excipients used are completely natural and derived from rice.

Usage
Take 2 capsules with water once a day in the morning during a meal. Not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using a vitamin K2 supplement if you are simultaneously using coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as warfarin, acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon).
