Mattisson Multi Pregnant/Mama is carefully formulated to meet the unique, sometimes increased, nutritional needs of expectant and breastfeeding mothers. This multivitamin was specially developed by an orthomolecular therapist and consists of high-quality active ingredients. A multivitamin should complement a regular diet, not replace it. It remains essential to also consume sufficient vegetables, fruit, fiber, protein, nuts, seeds, fish, and shellfish to promote good health.
One advantage of this multivitamin is that we chose to develop it in capsule form instead of tablet form. This allows us to use fewer additives. The additives we use are all-natural and derived from rice.
Biotin: Supports hair condition and helps keep skin healthy.
Folic acid: Contributes to the formation of the placenta. Quatrefolic® is a patented product and a registered trademark of Gnosis.
Vitamin A: Is good for eyesight and good resistance.

Usage
Take 2 capsules once a day in the morning with water during a meal.
