Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose (filler), Magnesium bisglycinate, Magnesium taurate, Magnesium malate, Magnesium citrate, Aquamin® TG Magnesium, vegetarian magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), isomalt (binder), silica (anti-caking agent), tapioca dextrin (binder), coating (HPC, HPMC), Pyridoxal 5 phosphate (Vitamin B6).

Usage
1-2 tablets per day with water
take. If you take more than 250 mg magnesium per day (2 tablets), a laxative effect may occur.
