The Mattisson Multi 50+ has been carefully formulated by an orthomolecular therapist to meet the nutritional needs of the average person aged 50 and older. This multivitamin supplement consists of high-quality active ingredients and is intended to supplement a regular diet. It remains essential to consume sufficient nutrients from foods such as vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, fish, and shellfish to promote good health.
