Ingredients
Magnesium taurate, Sunphenon® TH30 (natural L-theanine extracted from green tea (Camellia sinensis)), HPMC vegetarian capsule (shell), affron®: Saffron (Crocus Sativus L. stigma extract (Std. to 3.5% Lepticrosalides® by HPLC) (carrier: maltodextrin)).

Usage
Take 2 capsules once a day with water during a meal; do not take on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Contains caffeine (<2 mg/2 capsules). Not suitable for children under 18, pregnant women, or breastfeeding women.
Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day.

Store in a cool, dry place closed.
