Mattisson MCT oil C8 - coconut pure - 99% caprylic acid

This MCT oil is made from 100% coconut oil and therefore consists of 99% caprylic acid/C8.
MCT stands for Medium-Chain Triglyceride and is a type of fatty acid. Medium-Chain means that the fatty acids have a medium-length chain. MCT oil provides fast energy and is not stored as fat. That is why it is also used by athletes as a supplement. MCT oil has a neutral taste and can be used both cold and warm to replace other oils and fats. Heat to a maximum of 177 degrees Celsius. Any sediment is normal.
