Maca (Lepidium meyenii) is a root vegetable that grows at high altitudes, between 3,000 and 4,500 meters above sea level, in the Peruvian Andes. Black maca is the rarest. Red maca contains the most active ingredients. Yellow maca is the most well-known. Maca is the only edible plant that survives at this altitude and is also known as the ginseng of the Andes.

Usage
Mix 1-2 level teaspoons (approx. 3 g) of Absolute Maca powder in muesli, yoghurt and/or fruit drink 1-3 times a day.
