Maca (Lepidium meyenii) is a tuberous plant that grows at high altitudes, 3000 and 4500 meters above sea level, in the Peruvian Andes. Black Maca is the rarest. Red Maca has the most active substances. Yellow Maca is the most well-known. Maca is the only edible plant that survives at this altitude and is also called the Ginseng of the Andes.

Usage
1-3 times daily, mix 1-2 level teaspoons (approx. 3 g) of Absolute Maca powder into muesli, yoghurt and/or fruit juice.
