Usage
Per cup: Dissolve 2 teaspoons (6 grams) of powder and an optional teaspoon of (coconut) oil in warm water or (plant-based) milk, then add the remaining warm liquid. For an extra creamy latte, blend it in a blender. Sweetener such as honey, coconut syrup, or coconut blossom sugar can be added as desired.
Turmeric interacts with a number of medications.
