Krill are shrimp-like creatures from the Mediterranean Sea and contain high-quality Omega-3 fatty acids. The krill oil capsules contain 60 mg EPA and 35 mg DHA. Each krill oil capsule contains a total of 130 mg Omega-3.

Usage
Take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day during or after a meal.
Take capsules with water.
