The Kefir capsules contain freeze-dried Kefir Powder (main ingredient), Coconut Blossom sugar and Coconut Flour. Kefir is known for its Pre- and Probiotic properties and has been used for hundreds of years. Kefir consists of a symbiotic form of Lactic Acid Bacteria, Yeasts, Streptococci and other Bacteria. Coconut Blossom sugar and Coconut Flour have been added because they stimulate the growth of lactic acid bacteria in the intestines. This makes these Kefir capsules a so-called Synbiotic, a mixture of Pre- and Probiotics.

Freeze-dried Kefir Powder 130 mg
of which lactic acid bacteria >13 billion CFU

Kefir lactic acid bacterial strains:
Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus helveticus, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Streptococcus thermophilus.

milk

Ingredients
Coconut Blossom sugar, Freeze-dried Kefir Powder (lactic acid bacteria, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose) (MILK, SOY), Coconut Flour, gastro-resistant vegetarian capsule (hypromellose, gellan gum).

Use
Take 1 vegetarian capsule daily with water, preferably in the evening.
