Ingredients
Magnesium tricitrate, Calcium diphosphate, Potassium chloride, HPMC vegetarian capsule (shell), Celtic sea salt, vegan MCT powder (anti-caking agent), Zinc bisglycinate.

Usage
Take 2 capsules twice a day with water. On days with intense exercise, this can be increased to 2 x 4 capsules.

Magnesium can have a laxative effect. In that case, the dosage can be halved.
