How do you use the electrolyte powder?

Mattisson electrolyte powder is easy to use. Simply add the desired amount to a large glass (or bottle) of water. You can also mix the powder into your smoothie. Always read the label carefully before use and do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Ingredients

Usage
Dissolve 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 g) in 250 ml of cold water, juice, or shake. For intensive exercise, the dosage can be increased to 2 teaspoons (approx. 10 g) in 500 ml.
