How do you use the electrolyte powder?
Mattisson electrolyte powder is easy to use. Simply add the desired amount to a large glass (or a bottle) of water. You can also mix the powder into your smoothie. Always read the label carefully before use and do not exceed the recommended dosage.
The electrolyte powder contains a Silica sachet. Leave this in the packaging until it is empty.

Ingredients

Usage
Dissolve 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 g) in 250 ml cold water, juice, or shake. For intensive exercise, the dosage can be increased to 2 teaspoons (approx. 10 g) in 500 ml.
