Magnesium tricitrate, Calcium diphosphate, Potassium chloride, malic acid (acidity regulator), citric acid (acidity regulator), Celtic sea salt, natural lemon flavouring, steviol glycosides of stevia (sweetener), turmeric (natural colouring), Zinc bisglycinate.
Usage
Dissolve 1/2 teaspoon (5 g) in 250 ml of cold water, juice or shake. During intensive exercise, the dosage can be increased to 1 teaspoon (10 g) in 500 ml.
Magnesium can have a laxative effect. In that case, the dosage can be halved.
