Ingredients
Magnesium tricitrate, Calcium diphosphate, Potassium chloride, citric acid (acidity regulator), malic acid (acidity regulator), Celtic sea salt, natural flavour, grape skin extract (natural colour), steviol glycosides from stevia (sweetener), Zinc bisglycinate.

Usage
Dissolve 1/2 teaspoon (5 g) in 250 ml cold water, juice or shake; for intensive exercise, the dosage can be increased to 1 teaspoon (10 g) in 500 ml. Magnesium can have a laxative effect. In that case, the dosage can be halved.

Storage advice
Note: close packaging tightly. Contains a Silica sachet! Leave it in the packaging until it is empty.
