Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), Calcium citrate, Magnesium bisglycinate, CMS-Na (thickener), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), Zinc bisglycinate, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), Bioperine® (Piper nigrum L. extract), Menaquinone-7 (Vitamin K2), cellulose (glazing agent), iron oxide (coating)

Usage
Take 1-3 tablets once a day, preferably before or during a meal, with water. This recommended amount may also be spread throughout the day. Not suitable for children under 1 year of age. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using a vitamin K2 supplement if you are taking it simultaneously with coumarin derivatives.
