Usage Take 1-3 tablets once a day, preferably before or during a meal, with water. This recommended amount may also be spread throughout the day. Not suitable for children under 1 year of age. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using a vitamin K2 supplement if you are taking it simultaneously with coumarin derivatives.
