Usage
Delicious in yogurt and other dishes (and desserts). Also good to combine with other Superfoods. Bee pollen can cause an (allergic) reaction, especially in people with sensitivity to pollen. It is therefore advisable to gradually build up the usage from 0.5 teaspoon to 2 tablespoons (approx. 20g).
