Baking soda sodium bicarbonate
Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) can be used in the home as well as for internal and external care.
Known, among other things, for its bactericidal effect.
Ingredients
100% Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate).
Usage
Internal use: Add 2 teaspoons to a glass of water once a day.
If used as a leavening agent, an acid (e.g., lemon juice) should be added (1 part equals 3 parts baking powder).
External use: As a bath salt, add about 100 grams to a warm bath. Use with coconut oil as a natural deodorant.
Add a tablespoon to the washing machine or as a natural cleaning agent.
As a stain remover, leave it to work for an hour and then wash normally.

Store in a dry place and closed.
