Ashwagandha is a native shrub that grows in parts of Africa and Asia. It is also called Indian ginseng. The roots of the ashwagandha shrub are used.

Ashwagandha 8:1 extract 5% (root), Ashwagandha powder (root), vegetable cellulose, rice starch, rice concentrate, rice bran extract.
Usage
Take 1-2 tablets twice daily with or after meals. Swallow the tablets with water.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have liver or thyroid problems or if you are using thyroid hormones or antidepressants.
Do not use if pregnant (or wishing to have one) or breastfeeding.
